Our house is very busy and why I call my blog name a "corner"

January 6, 2014- So I rejoined Facebook, due to missing my friends and family faces! I feel very out of the loop when I can't see the people I love! I just need to keep my usage in check! I posted a lot of product on Etsy yesterday and am continuing to work on new orders. Currently I am working on my mom's lap quilt she ordered. I will have it done in the next couple of days and can post a picture. Above are some of the new fun fabrics I bought.
I am still in the process of looking for a job, however, when you wake up in the morning not being able to breathe, I can't very well get my resume out there! I have my resume out to two different school districts and hoping and praying that one of these works out. It would be convenient to have the same schedule as the kids. Speaking of schedules, the boys come home from school today and Nate has to go to work from 3-7 and Caleb has to work from 5:30-10! Dinner tonight was just the 4 of us and it felt very different! Thinking in 2 years, our family could be just the 4 of us!
The reason why my name is Periwinkle Corner is that my sewing area that I have in my house is in my walk in closet. I tried to have it in my room, but it was a huge mess. This way I can shut the door and not have to look at it. Periwinkle was my favorite Crayola color growing up, so I thought it would be a fun name!
